WHAT IT IS: Step into an ice-cold plunge and stay in as long as you can — safely! The prime benefits of cold plunging kick in around the 7 minute mark. Plungers cannot exceed 10 minutes on the day of the event.

WHAT TO DO: Recruit your friends and family. Have them pledge a donation for every minute you remain in the cold water. Every minute makes a difference.
Example: They pledge $5 per minute. You plunge for 4 minutes = $20 donated
